Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with experienced engineers and be a full-fledged member of the team from day one, helping to create, analyse and develop state-of-the-art robotic technology. You’ll be exercising creative approaches to problem solving, and putting your strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals to work with rigorous attention to detail.

About you

Naturally we expect you to have a good (first or upper second) degree in engineering or related discipline, alongside good A levels. We’re looking for you to have a demonstrable grasp of mechanical engineering fundamentals including analytical, theoretical, experimental and creative capabilities. Of course, you’ll also be enthusiastic, curious, energetic and proactive, and a great team player.

You’ll also be working with Solidworks, FMEA and DFMA tools and Microsoft Office – so we’ll be looking for you to be familiar with those.

The package

We offer a competitive salary and a great benefits package (including pension, cycle-to-work scheme, life assurance, and medical insurance – as well as our now legendary monthly company BBQs). On top of that, you’ll be joining a company with a fabulous culture of ambition, creativity and teamwork, and where fun is just as valued as our commitment to make surgery better for millions of people.Interested?
