Marcio has held global executive positions at global companies such as Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and Becton & Dickinson, directly overseeing large business units and regional organizations across the United States, EMEA, and Latin America.

Prior to joining CMR, Marcio served as Global Vice President of Commercial Development for Verb Surgical, a joint venture between J&J and Google. Before that, he held the position of President at J&J Medical Technology and led the J&J cross-sector board for Brazil.
