S&OP Lead

We’re looking for an exceptional S&OP Lead to join our talented Operations Logistics Team based in Cambridge. You'll own the S&OP process across CMR, creating plans for all our categories including systems, accessories, consumables and service parts. We're looking for a self-starter with great influencing skills and attention to detail.

This role will be based primarily in our Milton office with weekly travel to our brand new Ely Manufacturing Centre.

  • Owns the S&OP across CMR
  • Orchestrates the S&OP cycle (Demand, Supply Planning Pre-S&OP and Exec S&OP meetings)
  • Creates agreed plans for all categories: Systems, Accessories, Consumables, Service Parts Field Replacement Units (FRUs), etc
  • Presents analysis and scenarios to key decision makers
  • Records and follows up decisions to guarantee implementation
  • Controls mid-cycle changes to the approved plan
  • Driving the implementation and follow-up of agreed performance targets/KPIs
  • Translates agreed demand plans into item-location demand plans in Netsuite
  • Leads projects where appropriate, e.g., to plan new product launches

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence upwards
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A self-starter, who is resilient with strong planning skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills
  • Business planning or S&OP experience in multinational environments
  • Relevant commercial and operational experience
  • Degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline or relevant professional experience in business planning
  • Experience working with ERPs (preferably Netsuite or SAP)
