As a globally recognised commercial leader in healthcare, Massimiliano brings a wealth of MedTech and healthcare expertise and strategic leadership to CMR. 

As a senior healthcare executive with Board level experience, he has held key senior management roles on a global level as well as in emerging markets at Evercare Group, Smith & Nephew and Johnson & Johnson. 

Immediately prior to joining CMR, Massimiliano served as Chief Executive Officer of Evercare Group, a global healthcare platform, specializing in emerging markets across Africa and South Asia. Throughout his extensive career in senior leadership positions at global MedTech companies he has supported businesses to demonstrate strong commercial growth and operational leadership. In addition to holding senior leadership positions at global MedTech companies, Massimiliano has held a number of Board positions including with the Italian Medtech Association, Asia Pacific MedTech Association, European Medtech Association, Care Hospitals Group, STS Group Bangladesh and Evercare Group.
