Anna joined CMR Surgical in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, leading the finance strategy.

Prior to joining CMR, Anna held a number of senior leadership positions at ABB, a world leading manufacturer of industrial robots and robot systems. Anna has extensive global experience having worked across Europe, the US, Mexico and China in robotics, process automation and chemical industries. Most recently, while leading finance function in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in the fast-growing Chinese market, Anna has been involved in multiple process improvements across the organisation to enhance business performance as well as foster governance and accountability.

With almost 20 years of experience, Anna has a proved track record in leading complex changes and collaboration across cultures.

Anna holds an MA in International Economic Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
