Senior Implementation Specialist - Hyderabad

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Professional to join our Commercial Team, based in India, this role will be responsible for managing and maximizing the utilisation of Versius Surgical System installations in hospitals and the growth in sales of our Versius surgical robotic program within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Driving utilisation of Versius by providing surgical application and system support with OR cases in assigned accounts/region and achieved the monthly/quarterly/annual business plan.
  • Working with the Manager for the India region to design and execute a sales plan tailored for account/region.
  • Become a clinical expert across all major and primary MAS procedures to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical team.
  • Work with key surgeons and senior hospital staff in the development and execution of a plan ensuring ongoing commitment to the system.
  • Providing support at CME’s, conferences, exhibitions, symposiums for market development events.
  • Conduct regular activities which would consist of formal presentations, informal events, and get-togethers of OR Staff and Surgeons
  • Effectively convert high potential trained surgeons to KOL and drive procedure volume.
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, inventory, outcomes of sales activities and submission of expense reports

We’re a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Commercial remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (Biomedical/Electronics/B Pharm) or equivalent experience required.
  • Substantial sales experience is required along with a proven track record in healthcare which is a must.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably with a surgical device company
  • Highly disciplined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • One who takes ownership and believes in applying analytical and innovative approach, result oriented and process driven individual.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%, dependent upon account distribution.

Fluency in English and a local language as required

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment
  • A background within a clinical environment
